Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Anyvaire LLC, which operates Runvaire. By using Runvaire you accept them. If you use Runvaire for an organization, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.

Runvaire lets you create AI agents that connect to your tools, run on schedules and ask for approval before steps you mark as sensitive. We may change or improve features over time.

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including actions approved by its members.

Agents act on your instructions using the accounts you connect. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review what your agents produce, and set approvals for anything that sends messages, spends money or changes important data.

You are responsible for how you use agent output and for actions you approve.

Do not use Runvaire to break the law, send spam, access systems or accounts without permission, harm others, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

You own the content you put into Runvaire and the output your agents create. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel from your account settings, and access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing the price of your plan.

You can stop using Runvaire and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. After termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Runvaire is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Anyvaire LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify account owners by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Runvaire after that means you accept them.
